How to solve transformer temperature rising problem
At present, the heat dissipation air channel structure between the transformer and reactor windings mostly adopts an "I"-shaped insulating stay structure, and the "I"-shaped stay is supported between the primary and secondary windings. During the winding process of the coil wound with this stay structure, the insulating material parts on both sides of the stay are easy to arch, and the arched parts hardly conduct heat, thus occupying the cooling space of the coil airway, and the temperature rise of the winding appears to be too high in some places. phenomenon and cannot achieve the desired effect. Moreover, this air channel structure is provided with a number of braces, and the braces are arranged at intervals between the inside and outside of the winding, causing uneven stress on the coil and resulting in polygonal stress.
When YadooTEK was manufacturing reactors for customers, it found that the coil temperature always exceeded the limit according to the customer's design. Even after changing the design twice, it could not solve the problem. So YadooTEK proposes a new airway design solution for customers. In this solution, a kind of aluminum is used to make stays. The height can be set according to the height of the winding package, where the height refers to the height of the coil in the same direction, that is, the axial height. And during the winding process of the coil, insulation treatment is done according to the process requirements. According to the design needs of the transformer, the air channel structure can be designed with different lengths and widths. The length of the heat dissipation air channel refers to the length of the flat surface of the heat dissipation air channel. The thickness of the structural material can be different according to the size of the transformer capacity and the tension of the winding equipment.
After using the new air channel scheme, the heat dissipation effect is greatly improved due to the heat flow and wind resistance coefficient, which reduces the temperature rise of the coil winding by about 20 degrees and improves the efficiency of the reactor. In addition, each airway structure is almost closely connected, so that the coil is evenly stressed without causing polygonal stress, and the actual operation is relatively simple.
