Strip Core refers to a core made by cutting laminations into the required shape and size and stacking them together. The manufacturing process for strip cores is simple and is suitable for the production of small cores.
Strip Core have higher manufacturing costs, but the contact area of the core laminations is larger, resulting in lower magnetic resistance and magnetic losses.
